On March 23, 2017, the teams from Hotel Baraquda MGallery by Sofitel and Mercure Pattaya Hotel joined together to organize a “Beach Cleaning Day” activity. All participants gathered at the beach and started a comprehensive beach cleaning from 9 am to 12 pm despite being a hot day. Participants were educated on limiting their carbon footprints and the impact of pollution on the marine ecosystem. This activity was an effort to raise awareness for a cleaner and healthier beach environment in Pattaya.
