When you think of authentic, feel-good Spanish food, one particular dish always comes to mind – and that’s paella. Originating from Valencia, Spain’s national dish is now enjoyed all over the world, including here at UNO MAS in Bangkok.
The difference between good and great paella is not only down to the skill of the chef, but also the quality of the ingredients used, which can range from common seafood to pork, chicken and vegetables.
At UNO MAS, we do things a little differently, serving up a split “half & half” bowl that features some of the finest imported produce from the Mediterranean.
On one side we have the “Dels Pirineus” which has the richness of Iberico pork, Botifarra sausages, wild mushrooms and black truffles. On the other side, it’s “Lobster Socarrant” which has succulent carabineros shrimp and delicate lobster – making this one paella dish like no other in Bangkok.
