Plus, with our spacious indoor restaurant with panoramic views of the seating, you needn’t let the wet weather put you off visiting this rainy season.

Alongside Red Sky’s regular a la carte and fine-dining set menus, we have introduced the following in-season truffle dishes – starting at just THB 555++

• Marinated Hokkaido Scallops with Truffle (10gr) & Baby Romaine – THB 655++

• Grain-Fed Beef Carpaccio with Chopped truffle (10gr) and Pine Nuts – THB 955++

• Corn Soup and Truffle Carpaccio with Crème Fraîche – THB 555++

• Steamed Green Asparagus with Maltese Sauce and Truffle (10 gr) Confit Tomato – THB 955++

And if you want to top-up your truffle serving, you can always ask for a little extra, with shavings of this luxurious fungus priced at:
