The SQUARE at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit presents ‘Crab Buffet Promotion’ highlighting everyone’s favourite tasty crustacean. Available during dinner buffets throughout May, June and July, the menu features crab in a wide range of dishes and preparations.

Among many menu highlights are: seafood on ice with New Zealand mussel, black mussel and red prawn; blue crab; spotted babylon; Alaskan king crab; snow crab and other highlight are king crab tempura; soft-shell crab with Szechuan sauce; and crab tortilla. Steamed dishes include three-spotted crab and blue mussel with Thai herbs. Guest also can select from oven-baked crab shabu with suki sauce as well as grilled blue crab.

In addition to crab delicacies, other seafood choices on the buffet include grilled river prawn and squid, spaghetti in squid ink, and much more. Guests likewise enjoy their seafood selections with delicious sauce complements such as teriyaki, sweet and sour, and other sauces.

Every buffet at The SQUARE features a tremendous range of international dishes, for instance pasta varieties such as penne and fusilli tricolore with sauce. Desserts include tropical fruits and fresh-baked pastries.
