Hilton Pattaya Features Sweet Taste of Sugarcane in February

‘Sugarcane’ is generally used for sugar production and found in all tropical and subtropical regions including Southeast Asia. Flare Restaurant presents a Vietnamese dish featuring sugarcane ‘Vietnamese Braised Pork Belly with Sugarcane’, braised pork belly in sugarcane, cinnamon and star anise served with fresh vegetable, pickle, kimchi and peanut sauce at THB 350 nett. Available throughout February at Flare Restaurant on level 15 from 6pm – 10.30pm.

Enjoy a light meal with a panoramic view of Pattaya bay at Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar. Enjoy special creations made from sugarcane including ‘Jang Lon’, grilled sugarcane-skewered seafood priced at THB 350 nett, ‘Smoked Chicken Wing with Spicy BBQ and Sugarcane Sauce’ priced at THB 350 nett, Chocolate Banana Sugarcane priced at THB 150 nett and ‘Sugarcane and Coconut Mousse’ priced at THB 150 nett. Available every day at Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar on level 16 from 11am – 11pm.

Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar introduces a Filipino dish ‘Philippine Adobo with Braised Duck in Sugarcane’, braised duck in sugarcane and roasted duck in sugarcane served with cooked riceberry, tea egg, fried ginger, stir-fried Hong Kong kale and pickled carrot. This special creation is priced at THB 1,050 nett. Available every day throughout February at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on level 34 from 6pm – 11pm.
