Red Sky rooftop bar and restaurant is best known for its iconic illuminated arch that towers 55 floors above downtown Bangkok, presenting some dazzling for everybody who joins us here at the top.
But did you know, Red Sky also serves some of the most delicious food you’ll find on any rooftop in the Thai capital (and nowadays, there’s a lot of them). Chef Christian Ham’s signature menus ensure only the freshest produce is used to create mouthwatering dishes with a touch of artistic flair.
We’d like to introduce a few of his (and his team’s) signature dishes from Red Sky’s current a la carte menu, available every night from 18:00 – 01:00 hrs.
Cold & Warm Appetizers and Soups:
To kick off any dinner at Red Sky in style, our signature appetizers include North Atlantic Salmon Tartare as well as Quail Stuffed with Foie Gras. Fans of foie gras can also try it in our Ravioli Soup, along with other choices.
Great for sharing or as a main to enjoy by yourself, our signature pasta dishes include Nova Scotia Lobster Risotto and Corn & Truffle filled Agnolotti.
Fish & Seafood:
Red Sky’s eclectic menu has a real emphasis on fresh, premium-quality seafood, which you can experience for yourself by trying our signature Verrigni Spaghetti with Nova Scotia Lobster. For something on the lighter side, try our pan-fried Atlantic Turbot.
Meat & Poultry:
Diners in the mood for meat have a fantastic choice at Red Sky, with our menu featuring pork, lamb, chicken and beef dishes. However, the must-try has to be our chef’s signature Wagyu Beef Tenderloin “Rossini”, which is served with foie gras, truffle and wild mushrooms.
As well as all of the above, Red Sky restaurant serves a full a la carte menu of other tasty treats, including a flamboyant surf & turf tower, charcoal-grilled cold cuts to nibble, and a selection of both chilled and warm desserts. Our friendly staff are on hand to recommend a perfect wine pairing, or you can opt for a different drink from our range of beers, cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks.
