TRUE GROUP FILES A PETITION TO CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE COURT TO REVOKE THE ARBITRAL AWARD ON DISPUTE WITH TOT OVER ADSL HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SERVICE

Bangkok, 11 October 2018 – True Corporation Plc would like to update on the progress of its legal dispute with TOT Plc with regards to the Joint Operation and Joint Investment Agreement in providing high-speed internet (ADSL) that the Company today filed a petition to the Central Administrative Court to revoke the arbitral award concerning the ADSL case which the Company received on September 4, 2018. The company emphasizes that it did not breach the contract in dispute and will consider all possible legal actions as appropriate until the case is final.
