เนื่องด้วยบริษัท ช.การช่าง จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้พบว่า มีบุคคลได้นำที่อยู่และตราสัญลักษณ์ประจำบริษัทฯ ไปใช้ในนาม CH. KARNCHANG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเพื่อดำเนินธุรกรรมทั้งในและต่างประเทศ โดยบุคคลดังกล่าวมีชื่อว่า “Mrs.Waan Nataphat Somchai” ผู้ซึ่งแอบอ้างเป็น Executive Vice President&Global Chief Human Resources Officer ของบริษัทฯ
บริษัทฯ จึงขอชี้แจงมา ณ ที่นี้ว่าบุคคลชื่อ “Mrs.Waan Nataphat Somchai” และ CH. KARNCHANG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED นั้นไม่มีความเกี่ยวพันใดๆ กับบริษัทฯ ดังนั้นธุรกรรมใดๆ ซึ่งได้กระทำไปโดยบุคคลดังกล่าวจึงไม่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท ช.การช่าง จำกัด(มหาชน) แต่ประการใด ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการกระทำของบุคคลดังกล่าวในทุกกรณี ในกรณีที่ผู้ใดได้รับการติดต่อจากบุคคลดังกล่าว หรือมีข้อสงสัยว่าธุรกรรมนั้นได้กระทำโดยบริษัทฯ หรือไม่ กรุณาติดต่อมายังบริษัทฯ ตามรายละเอียด ดังนี้

Karnchang Public Company Limited have recently become aware that our Company name and logo have been used, without authorization, in connection with various business transactions, both domestically and internationally. There have been reports indicating that such unauthorized actions have been conducted by a person named “Mrs.Waan Nataphat Somchai”, who has claimed to be Executive Vice President&Global Chief Human Resources Officer of CH. KARNCHANG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED. The Company would like to take this opportunity to clarify that a person named “Mrs.Waan Nataphat Somchai” and CH. KARNCHANG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED are not related to the Company. Therefore, any business transactions conducted by such person are in no way associated with any of the CH.
