Bruschettone of Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese

Sicilian Chef de Cuisine Roberto Panariello is a past-master of the Blackboard Special, and December showcases another of his famous provincial recipes. Bruschettone of Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese. Lightly grilled bread is topped with a blend of smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, shallot, fennel and sun-dried tomatoes to create a light, delicious antipasto. It is available throughout the month for just THB 260 nett per serving.
