Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL.’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2017 was attended by all the members of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ng Kong Meng, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Hsieh Shen-yen, President, and Dr. Anusorn Muttaraid, Executive Director, represented the Board to present the company’s 2016 performance with total revenue of 46,887 million baht and net profit of 5,516 million baht. The company has achieved excellent results for telecommunication related business. Mr. Hsieh has further elaborated on how Delta is already aligning its businesses with the world’s mega trends, in particular the company’s Electric Vehicle (EV) charging products and solution; and renewable energy related businesses. Delta possesses strong manufacturing and R&D expertise in those areas. Coupled with Delta’s businesses with major global internet companies and well established bases in Europe and Asia’s rising new markets like India, the company is confident about its strategy for sustainable growth in the coming years

Other noteworthy mentions at the AGM are the continuous investment in customer service and channel building for its international offices which cover a wide array of Delta businesses including datacenter infrastructure, industrial automation solution and renewable energy solution. Those businesses are forecasted to see remarkable growth in year 2017 and 2018.
