Black crab, also known as mangrove crab or mud crab, it’s one of favorite local ingredients which can be made to a wonderful meal in all cuisines. Hilton Pattaya invites you to experience a variety taste of fresh black crab throughout the month of November.

‘Flare’ Restaurant introduces a spicy dish ‘Black in Black’ or drunken noodle, stir-fried squid ink spaghetti with black crabs, young green peppercorns, chili and hot basil served together with Thai seafood dipping sauce at THB 1,350 nett. Available at Flare Restaurant on level 15 from 6pm – 11pm.

‘Drift’ Lobby Lounge & Bar recommends delicious choices made from black crab, ‘Black Crab XO Sauce’ stir-fried egg noodle with XO sauce and black crab served with Thai seafood dipping sauce at THB 750 nett, ‘Black Crab Cake’ with white wine sauce, fresh salad, and glazed lemon confit at THB 650 nett and ‘Black Crab Bucket on Ice’ steamed black crabs with three kinds of dipping sauces, seafood, barbecue and cocktail at THB 750 nett. Available at Drift Lobby Lounge and Bar on level 16 from 11am – 11pm.

‘Horizon’ Rooftop Restaurant & Bar presents a delicious set in new England style called ‘New England Style Crab and Seafood Boil’ stir-fired black crabs, mussels and tiger prawns with garlic and butter, baked , and served hot with Thai seafood dipping sauce, lemon butter sauce and garlic bread at THB 2,200 nett. Available at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant and Bar on level 34 from 6pm – 11pm.
