เมื่อวันเสาร์ ที่ 19 พฤศภาคม 2561 ที่ผ่านมา ทางโรงแรมบาราคูด้าพัทยา และเมอร์เคียวพัทยา นำทีมด้วยคุณเจเก้น แลคเชอร์ (ผู้จัดการทั่วไป) และทีมผู้บริหารจากโรงแรม ฯ ร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพเลี้ยงอาหารกลางวัน และเบเกอร์รี ให้กับเด็ก ๆ และผู้ปกครอง ที่มาร่วมกิจกรรมมอบทุนการศึกษา ที่มูลนิธิมือต่อมือ ซึ่งมีเด็ก ๆ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมากกว่า 120 ชีวิต โดยมี คุณมากาเร็ต เกรนเจอร์ (ผู้ก่อตั้งมูลนิธิ) ร่วมเป็นตัวแทนในการมอบทุกการศึกษาให้กับเด็ก ๆ โดยทางโรงแรม ฯ ได้ร่วมสนับสนุนกิจกรรมกับทางมูลนิธิมาโดยตลอด ซึ่งทางโรงแรมมองว่า เราควรที่จะมอบโอกาสให้กับเด็ก ๆ ที่ด้อยโอกาส เพื่อให้เด็กได้รับการศึกษาและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดี ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยหลักในการเติบโตมาเป็นประชากรที่มีคุณภาพในสังคม
