Atelier Restaurant celebrates success and gives back by offering giveaways to loyal guests
For more than 12 months, Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit has been serving a delicious array of crabs at its Atelier Restaurant’s buffet dinner on Sunday to Thursday evenings. The buffet promotion was originally planned for three months only; however, the buffet became so popular that Atelier had to extend the promotion for another month.
During the fourth month of Crab Carnival, Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit needed to employ additional staffs to handle the high booking demands and upgraded its online booking platforms and website system, which was overloaded with booking requests.
The Director of Culinary and F&B Services at Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit, Mr Andrew Brown says, “The success of this crab buffet comes down to the quality and consistency of our offer, as well as the pure value for money which each guest can enjoy.” Brown, who plans the daily buffet setup with the kitchen team, jokes “with the number of crabs we have served in past 12 months, we may need to buy our own bubba shrimp crab boat just for Pullman’s Atelier Restaurant”
So far, Atelier has served over 56,000 happy diners in the past 12 months, and it has been fully booked for more than 80% of the evenings. The restaurant website has also generated over 430,000 page views.
To celebrate the legend of “the fully booked” Crab Carnival at Atelier during July 2019, Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit is rolling out a giveaway campaign as follows:
1. Every Monday evening of July, Atelier will give away a whole king crab to a selected lucky diner. (once a week for five weeks)
2. Every Sunday to Thursday in July, Atelier will give out a complimentary Crab Carnival dinner buffet to a table of lucky diners on a daily basis. (maximum four persons)
3. Every week, Atelier will host a social media giveaway and allow followers of Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit’s Facebook page to win a Crab Carnival dinner buffet voucher.
